Sacramento World Music and Dance Festival – Free!

Free Fall Leaves Photography Class

Here is a wonderful way to transition into autumn! The Sacramento Bee will be having a free 90-minute photography class on Sierra Foothills and Yosemite fall leaves with freelance photographer Dave Henry. Henry has been shooting fall leaves for The Sacramento Bee for more than 30 years and will be sharing some great tips on where to view fall leaves.

Crocker Art Museum:

The Crocker Art Museum is “dedicated to promoting an awareness of and enthusiasm for human experience through art.” They offer wonderful exhibits, great for spending an afternoon beating the heat. The museum offers free admission on Holiday Mondays. Every third Sunday of the month is “Pay What You Wish Sunday.”
